Return Policy

Our Returns Process:

At Lumiere de Lily, we understand the importance of a straightforward returns process. Therefore, we've established a 14-day return policy, providing you with a 14-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • The item remains unopened, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lumieredelily.com, informing us of your desire to cancel your order and return the product. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping method during the return process, as we are unable to provide refunds for items lost in transit. 

Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from discarding or damaging the product, even if it's found to be faulty until you've communicated with us and received confirmation that such actions will not affect any potential refund.

 

Cost of Returns:

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the direct cost of returning the product. Furthermore, any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functionality while it is in your possession is your responsibility. This includes handling during the return transit process.

 

Damages and Issues:

Upon the receipt of your order, we kindly request that you promptly inspect it. If you happen to discover any defects or damages, or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. This enables us to promptly evaluate the issue and work towards a resolution.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

It's important to note that certain types of items are not eligible for returns. These include custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, unless they are found to be faulty. If you have any doubts or concerns regarding the return eligibility of your specific item, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

 

Exchanges:

Should you wish to expedite the process and ensure you receive the desired item, returning the product you have is the quickest way to proceed. Once your return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Policy

Following the receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take between 10 and 15 days for your bank to complete the refund process.
